Cozy, Loaded Oats

1 cup nut milk and half cup oats to a simmer in a pot. Add dash of cinnamon and a pinch of salt and cook through (usually 5-7 minutes until they’re soft, depending on the type of oat you are using. Takes a bit longer for steel cut oats. I always load mine for extra nutrients and satisfaction. My fave combo is diced apple, slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut & drizzled maple syrup w a dollop of almond milk on top to make it reeeeal creamy.
