Shipping Policy

    1. Returns and Refunds
      1. Once you pay for the order, we will process the order within 1-7 business days unless otherwise specified on the products listing page and ship the same to the delivery address specified by you once processed.
      2. We will send an email confirmation with the tracking number and order details to you once we process the order.
      3. Unless otherwise specified, shipping on orders over $100 is free within Canada.
      4. Certain flat rate shipping rates for certain products may apply which will be displayed along with the product being offered for sale.
      5. Shipping rates may differ depending on the type of shipping. We may offer different types of shipping such as economy shipping or express shipping as will be indicated on the products listing page.
      6. Delivery time commences only after the completion of processing.
      7. We partner with multiple reliable carriers. The products may take 2-7 business days to get shipped to your place. The time taken for delivery will vary as per the delivery destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that your order is delivered on time.
      8. During festivals, events, promotional periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 business days to process/ship.
      9. We cannot guarantee that the shipment will arrive within the days above specified. The shipment may be delayed due to unexpected occurrences beyond our control including acts of God though we will make commercially reasonable efforts in association with our delivery partner to ensure that the product reaches you within the specified timeline.
      10. If you think your delivery address is incorrect, please immediately contact us at lana@lanaholistics.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to update the information in our system before the product is shipped but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the same.
      11. If you intend to ship the product to an alternate delivery address other than the one you specified at the time of placing the order, please contact us at lana@lanaholistics.com and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
      12. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
      13. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated timeline, we will cancel your order and notify you. In such a circumstance, the refund will be made directly in the same form you had made the payment for the product.
      14. We are NOT a carrier. We are not responsible for any packages that are missed during transit, lost, or stolen packages in transit or undelivered orders. In such a case, we cannot replace the product, reship the product, or issue you a refund. Once the ordered products are handed over to the carrier for shipping, the risk of loss and title for the ordered products will pass to you.
      15. If you live outside Canada, you may receive the delivery within 1-3 weeks of placing the order. You are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and levies imposed by local authorities. The international shipping cost varies based on destination and will be displayed to you at the time of you placing the order.
      16. We are not responsible for paying fees or charges levied by custom or similar authorities. It is your responsibility to pay such fees and levies.
      17. We will not be able to refund the order nor we will be able to reship the order in case you refuse or accept the order/package at customs due to reasons such as high customs fees. If you need a refund, then you will have to accept the package at customs and send it back to us within the timeline prescribed herein and we will issue the refund for the product price only (i.e., we will not be able to refund the shipping charges or any customs duties, levies paid by you) subject to the terms hereof.
      18. Any international shipments may be subject to the opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery. We are not responsible for orders that are held up by customs officials or damaged by customs.
      19. We will not be responsible for reshipping orders that are rejected at customs. If We receive a package from customs, we will issue you a refund for the product price only.
