Power balls

Perfect to snack on midday or while getting dins ready (I don’t know about you but I’m usually HUNGRY)

Ingredients:
? 1/4 C oats (partially ground) just throw them first into the processor and blend
? 1/4 C + 2 TBS peanut butter
? 1/4 C cashews
? 1 C medjool dates (pitted)
? 1/4 C vegan chocolate chips
? 2 TBS nut milk (I used oat)
? shredded coconut

1. Throw the ingredients into a food processor & blend
2. Roll into small balls
3. Roll in shredded coconut ?

Enjoy and refrigerate.
